SOUNDSTAGE A at The Matthews Group represented a first for central Texas - the ability to shoot film and video in the comfortable and controlled environment of a dedicated commercial sound stage.  The studio is constructed of castle-thick, solid concrete walls for sound abatement and is safely away from the city's noisy train tracks yet immediately accessible to main thoroughfares. 

The stage has a standing hard cyc/cyclorama and moveable duvateen soft cyc which can easily accommodate productions needing multiple custom sets as well as large props, automobiles, and groups of actors on the stage. The studio also features a roll-up garage door for easy load-in.
