for Kent Moore Cabinet’s 50th Anniversary

Kent Moore Cabinets wanted to celebrate their 50th anniversary with an original song written to surprise and honor their founder Kent Moore at their 50th anniversary celebration party. The song was inspired by the book Kent Moore wrote entitled ‘Sawdust & Grit’. The song was co-written and produced by the in-house team of Dave Skinner and Drew Matthews with the all original score created in the The Matthews Group audio Studio 2B. Final mastering and studio musicians were tracked in Virgina after a nationwide search for the finest mandolin player in America. A very enjoyable project created in record time that proved a hit at the event.
