If you desire a professional vocalist on your recording, we can arrange for this at $200 per song in addition to the fees below.

DEMO PRICING AND PACKAGES

GUITAR OR PIANO VOCAL DEMO SESSION - $250

  • Up to 6 instrumentalists, with more on call at $200 per instrument.

  • Vocalist available for $200.

  • Up to 2.5 hours of studio time to sing and mix your vocals and your guitar or keyboard.

  • Plus, five World-Class Musicians: Acoustic or Electric Guitar; Bass Guitar; Drums; Piano or Organ; and Steel. 

  • Full quality WAV file mixes emailed after session. (Upgrade Full Session Single Song Demo to Master - $250 per song)

  • Up to 6 instrumentalists, with more on call at $200 per instrument.

  • Up to 3 hours of studio time to sing and mix

  • Full quality WAV file mixes emailed after session.

• 2 hours studio time and up to three songs.

• Suitable for those seeking a stripped down presentation for professional or personal use.

  • Song writing consulting is available for those interested, (see below).

• Work made for Hire agreement executed between the studio and client, indicating ownership of the recording by the client.

• Tracks created as part of this package may be incorporated in higher level packages if desired.

MASTER PRICING AND PACKAGES

FULL BAND (3 song) MASTER SESSION - $2250

FULL SESSION 6 SONG DEMO - $3,600 (for EPs and Albums)

• Up To Six Songs
• One 3-hour recording session with 5 world-class musicians.
• Up to 15 hours of studio time included for vocals and mixing.  Additional studio time, if needed,  is $125 per hour (including engineer).
(Upgrade Demo to Master - $1,200)

SINGLE SONG DEMO TRACK and TRANSFER - $650 (no studio time for vocals/mixing included)
• This option is for when you recorded the vocals and mixed elsewhere.
• Song transferred to WAV files.
• Signed musician Work For Hire forms included.
(Upgrade to master track and transfer - $150 per song)

EXTRA INSTRUMENTS FOR SINGLE SONGS - $200 each instrument
• Add any of these additional instruments: Fiddle, Mandolin, Dobro, Strings (Keyboard), Piano, Hammond B3, Electric Piano, Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar, Banjo, Classical Guitar, 12-String Guitar, Saxophone, Harmonica, Pedal Steel

ARRANGING FOR SINGLE SONG - $250
• Up to 1.5 hours pre-production chord arrangement help. ($125hr for time needed beyond 1.5hrs)
• Send a tape with singing only (without a musical instrument) or if you otherwise need chord arrangement help.

UPGRADE PREVIOUSLY RECORDED DEMO TO MASTER - $250 per song

HOLDOVER & FLAT STUDIO TIME RATE – $125 per hour (includes the engineer).

SONGWRITING CRITIQUE/EVALUATION

For the developing songwriter, this service will help you with both songcraft and determining the objective for the song. Songcraft means learning the conventions of the art and when to ignore them, in both solo and co-writing sessions. Your song could be a) personal documentation, b) demo to pitch to artists, c) master recording for professional release, or more. We can explain the Nashville Songwriter’s Association International (NSAI), Austin Songwriter’s Group International (ASGI), and Soldiers Songs and Voices, as well as recommend songwriting resources.
